1. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days after payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays process next business day.

  • Custom or special-order items may require additional time.

2. Shipping Method – LTL Freight Only

Service Description
LTL Freight – Quote Pending All orders ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. Because every order differs in weight, dimensions, and destination, shipping is not charged at checkout. We obtain the best available freight rate and send you a quote within one business day.
  • Transit time: Typically 3-10 business days after the shipment leaves our warehouse, but may vary by destination and carrier schedule.

  • Delivery appointments / lift-gates: If you need a lift-gate, inside delivery, or appointment scheduling, please let us know when you approve the freight quote—extra fees may apply.

3. Shipping Rates & Billing

  • Checkout will display “$0 – Freight Quote Pending.”

  • We’ll email (and/or text) the actual freight cost for your approval.

  • Once approved, the freight charge will be added to your order and you’ll receive a secure payment link (or we can bill the amount to the card on file, per your preference).

  • Orders won’t ship until the freight charge is paid or billed to your carrier account number.

4. Shipping Area

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories aren’t available at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

5. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a PRO/tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

  • For any questions, contact our team—we’ll gladly help coordinate with the carrier.

6. Freight Delivery Requirements

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to inspect and sign for delivery.

  • Visibly damaged pallets or boxes should be noted on the carrier’s Proof-of-Delivery (POD) before signing—then notify us within 24 hours so we can file a claim.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damage: Report visible damage on the POD and email photos to info@airsupplycorp.com within 24 hours.

  • Lost freight: Contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace the shipment.

8. Exclusions & Delays

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

  • Airsupply reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped economically or safely.
