Baffle Filters

Non-clogging baffle grease filters span the full hood length. Easily removable and dishwasher safe for daily cleaning. Built for heavy grease-laden cooking.

Welded Liquid Tight

All seams and joints are continuously welded and sealed per NFPA 96. Corners trimmed and polished for a clean, warp-free finish.

Built-In Grease Management

Exhaust plenum and filters drain into a built-in grease trough with removable grease container. Two grease cup holders for easy daily emptying.

Optional Integrated Lighting

Built-in light fixture (100W max) illuminates the cooking surface. Wiring by a licensed electrician per NEC. Bulbs and electrical work not included.

201 Stainless Steel

1.2mm Type 201 stainless with #3 or #4 polish on all exposed surfaces. Corrosion-resistant, durable, and professional in appearance.
