Airsupply return policy

At Airsupply, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 3-day return policy from the date the customer receives their order. Please review the terms below before initiating a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns


Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The item must be in resalable condition with all included parts, manuals, and accessories.

 Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

 Opened or used items  Only unopened products are eligible for returns.

Custom-made or special-order items.

Items not in their original packaging.

Clearance or final sale items.

Defective items  If an item is defective, it falls under our Warranty Policy and is not eligible for a return. Please refer to our [Warranty Policy] for details on filing a warranty claim.


2. Return Process


If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact Customer Support  Email info@airsupplycorp.com or call 832-540-7936 within 3 days of receiving your order with your order details and reason for return.

2. Await Approval  If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Ship the Item Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Inspection & Refund Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange based on the following terms:


Refund Policy

 Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-10 business days after we inspect the returned product.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

 Defective Items: If an item is defective, it is not eligible for return under this policy. Instead, it falls under our Warranty Policy. Please refer to our [Warranty Policy] for information on how to file a warranty claim.

 Damaged During Shipping: If your item was damaged during shipping, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


5. Cancellations & Order Changes

 Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment by contacting our customer service team.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy applies.
