Unlike standard rooftop exhaust fans, the upblast design expels grease, smoke, and heat vertically away from the roof, protecting your building and keeping you compliant with commercial ventilation codes.

All models run on 115V single phase power and are available in 2,050–4,000 CFM to match any kitchen hood size.
